How long until I get my photos?

Depends on the shipping method selected. In case of selecting "Not guaranteed" shipping, the maximum delivery time could be up to 30 days. Dor the "Guaranteed" shipping option it would take from 3 to 5 business days.

I requested the "Not guaranteed" delivery and I have not received my photos. What else can I do?

Quality Post Is the company that we employ to do these deliveries. They will return to us photo packages that for different reasons could not be delivered.

What happens with the photos that for some reason could not be delivered?

The photos that are returned to us by the shipping service are destroyed if you do not send an email here please include your order id in the subject

Can I order photos to any city in Mexico?

Yes. You can print your photos with us and get them anywhere in Mexico.

We are sorry. Currently we just print photos in 4x6 format (10.6 cm x 15.24 cm).

I made a mistake in my address. How can I correct it?

For now we cannot make changes to your address. Please be careful when entering it because 80% of the returned deliveries are caused by errors in the addresses.

Can I make several orders to the same address?

Yes you can, but making too many orders to the same address triggers an alert in our system that sometimes may interrupt the delivery of your photos.

At what time do you deliver the photos?

We are sorry. We cannot tell you an specific day or hour in which Quality Post will deliver your photos.

I am terrible at this technology thing, how can I be sure that I did send my photos?

If using Printoo you automatically receive a confirmation number for your order. You can find it the inbox of the email that you linked to your Facebook profile. Besides you can also confirm it in my orders.

Is there Printoo for Android?
